Benefit Fundraiser and BBQ Cookoff
Brazoria County Women’s Center
August 13th 2011
$25.00 Flat Entry Fee + an additional $5 fee for Adult Beverage Catagory
Teams Are Being Asked To Donate:
3 Briskets, 2 Big Cans Of Beans (Bush Pinto’s),Tray Of Potato Salad, And 5# of Sausage All To Be Cooked And Served By Committee Personnel
Setup Begins On Thursday, August 11th On A First Come First Pick Of Spot Arrangement Other Than The 4 Committee Leads Who Will Occupy The End Spot On The First 4 Rows For Supervisory Purposes
Categories Are Beans,Chef’s Choice,Chicken,Ribs,Brisket,Adult Beverage and Showmanship.
First,Second And Third Place Trophies Will Be Awarded
In Each Catergory.
Competition Turn In Begins At 11:00 A.M. On Saturday And Will Be At 45 Minute Intervals except for Chef’s Choice and Adult Beverage, they will be Judged on Friday at 7:00 P.M.
Meetings Are Scheduled Throught The Following Months With The Final Meeting To Be Held On Sunday August 7th With All Registrations And Entry Fees Due By Or Before That Date To Allow Time To Determine Team Spacing. This Fundraiser Is For A Not For Profit Organization.

You May Turn In Your Entry Fee At Any Of The Meetings or to any of the Leads

Team Lead Is Responsible For Making Sure Everyone In His Area Abides By All Rules Throughout The Cookoff

11:45 a.m. Chicken
12:30 p.m. Ribs
1:15 p.m. Brisket
Containers will be provided for all catagories. All entries will be picked by a designated Committee Member.
No Interaction will be permitted between cook teams and judges at any time before or during competition.
